I am trying to pay an invoice that my friend sent to me as I asked for an art commission for him. For some reason, the payment just doesn't go through. I kept getting this message:
"Sorry, but we couldn't complete your purchase using the payment you selected. You can complete your purchase with the payment method shown, or choose another way to pay."
I kept refreshing Paypal and redoing it again but it still has the same problem. I even called my bank, and they said that nothing is wrong with my card and I was able to use the card elsewhere besides paypal. Everytime I try to pay the invoice, I keep getting the message above. Any idea what the heck is going on? I can't keep my friend waiting right now.
