I can't make any payment with the money I have in balance

Hi, I have a problem with my paypal account.Every time when I try to make an order or to purchase something with my money from paypal balance redirects me to "add credit card to complete the transaction" or something like that.I can't even transfer the money because same thing appears.Please help

You can sometimes use funds in your balance for a while but then paypal security may kick in and ask you to add a card to your paypal account to act as a backup funding source and to verify your paypal account.

Yesterday I got the money.I don't think that's the problem..but ty anyway
