I can't get the checkout using a credit or debit option

I have a problem with enabling guest payments on my shopify store!

How can i fix that ASAP because it's really effecting my business. Please HELP!

Sorry to say this but your reply was not helpful at all. because I already updated my profile and I also put OFF for the paypal optional to my customers, and my customers still have the same problem with offering them using a credit card instead of a PayPal account, i dont know what the problem is exactly but it seems that this option "sometimes" appear to my customers and other times not! So please help me fixing this problem as it is affecting my business in a critical way.
