I can't find the payment i sent to a seller PLEASE HELP

So someone and I made a deal and he gave me a paypal/me link and after i sent him i tried to check the summary of my account to confirm the payment but there is no information about the payment sadly and i cant confirm it or find the payment info in my recent activity can someone help?

i made a payment to sally beauty, aprox 32.00 BGN  and i entered all my card details and i was told i would get a code on my phone to complete the transaction. code came and the payment was completed. Now i checked on sally beauty site to see if my payment went through and everything is fine. i still find the things i wanted to pay for still in my bag. 

can someone tell me what is going on
