I can't find my payments

Hi paypal. I recently used DEPOP and 2 costumers have bought my items. I received an email saying they sent the money to my account, however when I look at my account balance/activity its not there. I have confirmed my email 10000 times, changed the primary email and confirmed that one and the payment still can not be seen in my account. Please help!!!

Is the email address the buyers are using to pay you on Depop the same one that is listed and verified on your paypal account OR is it the old one?

Hello all!

I am having the same issue as a new Depop seller. My email on Paypal and depop match and it's been over 10 days since my first sale and yet I don't see the payments in my paypal account, nor the depop fees being withdrawn from my paypal. Of course depop has no help service, please advise!
