I can't find my funds

so i got a refund and i can't find any funds and it says on activity that i got + (money)

Is this for a refund? If so, it is being credited back to the original payment method where they charged you.

Just in case that your waiting time is longer than what Paypal provided as time frame, you may want to contact your bank or card issuer to check with them.

The option to 'receive' paypal payments is sadly not available in your country (only refunds that automatically go back to your card).
You can only 'send' payments for purchases.

Same here I cant find my refund! They already told me my they already refund my money but I havent received any from my paypal or bank account its almost 1month ago.
