I can not see recived money in. my acount. The sender has a notis that it is unclamed

 I have been trying tor  claim  payment  and the mony has been sent acording to the person paying it, and what they see is taht the money is unclaimed in my acount, but i do not se any payment  pending or unclimend in my acount

If you also didn’t receive a PayPal payment email confirmation, then payment was sent to wrong or unregistered email address.
