I bought something from one of those websites like Alliexpress and I got a notification from my bank saying then it had gone through then I get a notification from PayPal saying my payment is pending and may not be charged even though my bank is saying it’s already Charged. As soon as I bought the thing it asked for more information then asked me to pay again after I already did. How do I just cancel this payment?
