If I received in my pay pal account $200.00 dollars and instead to transferring the money into my bank can I send that

money to a pay pal in UK.  I owe to cousins in UK $200.00 and I am trying to send the money the cheapest and secure way 

In this case what will be the fee from transferring $200.00?

FEES are in paypals user agreement.

You can send in USD but the receiver would have to add that currency to their UK paypal account and would need to convert that currency to withdraw it in GBP to their UK bank account.
