I am a customer, trying to pay an invoice which appears to be a draft

When I received the email that I had an invoice, it was one which I expected, was willing to pay. When I clicked the link in the email that says view and pay invoice, there is not a pay now button like there is supposed to be, and it says that the invoice is a draft. I see the same thing when viewing the QR code. I have emailed the seller, hoping it may be a problem on their end. Could this have anything to do with the fact that my account is based in the US, and theirs in India? Is there some other way to fix this?
