I was sent $13.92 for selling somebody an item that they wanted. They received the items I gave them, but I didn’t receive the payment in return. I checked my email, and it says that I received $13.92. However, when I checked my account, there wasn’t a notification on the Summary menu that said I have money waiting for me. I confirmed my email address, but I still can’t see the payment. Do I need to link a bank account to get the payment?
For some reason, my old PayPal account has $5.66 on it, but I still can’t figure out how to actually receive it. I find this strange, because I have never linked a bank account to that account but I can still see the notification for money waiting.
