I NEED TO REACTIVATE I TUNES FOR AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS

I accidentally made itunes/app store INACTIVE for automatic payments and cannot find anywhere howto reactivate.   I cannot make any paypal purchases on my iphone.  Help please.
