I Got Payment, But No Notification on email and can't receive payment.

Hi, I got two payments.

Previous payment I can accept it and complete, I got notification on email and my account Paypal can received the money.

After that, I can't receive and no any notification on email.

But when I search on the activity the payment status is completed, but the money doesn't appear on my account.

How can I accept or receive the money?

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post.

 

If you cannot receive a payment, your account may be limited. I would suggest you check your 'Resolution Center' for any unresolved issues. You can follow these steps to resolve any issues:

 

What to do:
1. Go to Resolution Centre.
2. Click Go to Account Limitations.
3. Next to each step required to remove the limitation, click Resolve and follow the steps to provide that information.

 

Once all the steps are done, your account would be sent for review. You would then be updated via email.
