Hello,Any time when someone is trying to send me money he is getting a message telling him :
This transaction is rejected because we have detected a risk associated with the payment. We can not do this transaction.
I cannot receive any money even tough my Card is verified and everything is good !
What's the problem?!
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
