Hello, my name is Ernest. Recently, I have been having troubles with paypal, this problem is the need of a credit card before purchase. This problem never occurred before, with purchases being allowed, so long as I had the money in my account, but now wherever I go, any website now needs a credit card, how do I solve this?
You may be able to use funds in your paypal balance for a while, but then you have to verify your paypal account and add a back up funding source ie a card.
