Hi there, I wonder if anyone can help me? I used my old Paypal account which was linked to American Express card to make a purchase online last night. I suspected my Paypal account got hacked and had to closed the account as a result. If I was to return any items for a refund from the purchase I made last night, how will I be reimbursed if I no longer have the old Paypal account? Any help appreciated

If the seller issues the refund from within the transaction, it should go back to the card. Should the seller have trouble issuing the refund, ask the seller to send the refund as a payment to your new PayPal account.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
