How to track an order

I placed an order on March 13 using pay pal but I have no idea how to track the order? Can someone tell me how to please.

Ask the seller IF they are going to send the item trackable and if they will supply you with the tracking number.

Most sellers if they send trackable add it to the transaction so you can see it anyway.
