How to send so that the recipient receives Canadian dollars?

When you enter the amount to send, make sure the currency marker/indicator is set to CAD. If the recipient does not also carry a CAD PayPal balance or does not have a Canadian PayPal account, they have to add a CAD currency balance to their PayPal balance on the their Wallet page to accept the CAD.
