It appears that Paypal has made some changes to the payment system as it used to be very clear how to choose between paying friends and family vs. goods and services. I no longer see these options and wish to send money to a family member. How is this now done?
Just tested it and went to send > put in the email address > put in the amount on the next screen > clicked continue and then the option of friends / family or goods/services shows up.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
