Hi. Im a seller from depop. And there's this buyer, purchased a shoe from me. And i noticed that his address had a FRAUD ALERT on EBAY. Good thing i didn't ship the shoe on that address. I emailed the owner of the paypal account that the scammer used. But he/she haven't responded yet. My question is, how can i refund the money, that the scammer used? There's no "refund" button at the end of the activity page.
