if you are paying a bill with paypal, it will show up as either an invoice or money request sent to your paypal, simply follow the instructions to pay it by clicking on the request or invoice and use your preferred payment method. Alternately, if its a card bill, what you'll need to do is go to your card issuers website, click pay balance (or something along the lines of this) and click pay with paypal (if this is an available option, you may need to use paypal debit mastercard if there isn't an option), from here you can choose your checking account (if its linked to your paypal) to pay your credit card bill.
