Hi,
How can I match an outstanding payment to Paypal in my bank account to a Paypal transaction?
The amount doesn't match to any transaction and the Paypal reference code (example: YYI45KJ2EBVFPSEW) is nowhere to be found in my Paypal account.
I have had this issue before and contacted customer service about it, but they either didn't understand the issue or were just unwilling to help. I ended up declining the payment since I just want to know what I'm paying for. It shouldn't be that difficult to make the matchable, just use the transaction ID as a reference in the bank withdrawal.
