How to get refund!

I purchased a air pump blower motor for my septic system and it was close to $500. I installed the unit and it worked for less than 4 months when it burnt up from overheating. I installed it the same way as my old unit and it worked for 13 years. The seller had me return it to the maker instead of them to inspect for warranty. They inspected it and said it was not there fault and aren’t going to warranty it when it has a one year warranty on the unit. Now I’m out $450 plus the $30 it cost me to ship it back. How can I get my money back if they won’t warranty there product that had a one year warranty. I feel like I got ripped off and they have my money and the unit that I shipped back! Any help would be appreciated.

Do not close the dispute until you have the situation fully resolved or PayPal closes the dispute themselves. Here are links with details on disputes.

I'm going to link details on how you can possibly receive a return shipping refund. You will need to activate the service and have a receipt.
