How to get my funds to paypal

I have got 4$ to my gmail account from a company when click claim your money option, i am unable to claim it.

My account is verified,and i have linked my bank account to and it is conformed,

please help it to claim my money.

I think you can only receive export related payments + a business account in your country.

Best to contact your own customer services to check.

Click on help / contact bottom of paypal pages for options in your own country.
