Hi I ordered an item and was aware that it could take 4-5 weeks to arrive. 10 weeks later and after being either ignored or told that my item was on its way and then still never arriving, I opened a dispute with PayPal. After a week I checked yo see how the dispute was going to find out it had been closed as they'd received valid tracking info from the seller. I messaged the seller to get that info myself and once again I'm still ignored. Anyone have any suggestions
I don't even know if filing a dispute with card will work if you paid with card because the seller gave "valid" tracking info but give it a shot. Be extra careful who you buy from and do research or stick to stores that are tried and true.
