How to get a refund if they never accepted the money

I bought a pair of shoes online but, the seller then quickly deleted both the post and his account on the app depop. Depop uses paypal so I wasn't to afraid I wouldnt get my money back. Its been over a week and Im unable to get back the $200 because it says that the money hasn't been accepted on his end. How can I get this money back?

Is it pending /unclaimed on your paypal account?

If so and it stays that way and there is no cancel option then it will time out 30 days post payment.

Yes it is pending, thanks for getting back to me, but if they do accept the money before 30 days, I should be able to handle the rest through the resolution center?
