I had a friend pay me a small amount ($105) and she paid via a fee-based option instead of the no-fee friends and family. option.
It's impossible to undo this. And the small transition fee (PayPay call center said the refund fee is like 30 cents, but I have yet to see if that's true. I don't want to lose the $3.35 fee. Which is crazy. Someone should be able to cancel or reject a transaction.)
Can someone confirm best way to ensure friends and family pay me via friends and fam? Send them a request via friends and fam?
