I received gift money from Paypal. Then I made a purchase in the hope of claiming that gift money. But it seems like I could not use that gift money, even though I already claimed it and it is showing up on my balance account. What should I do to be able to use that gift money? Thanks
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > second down click on update next to your preferred way to pay and put a dot in the balance option.
Currency has to be the same as the seller accepts and the funds have to be cleared and not pending.
