How to change credit card used on a Patreon subscription?

I created a monthly subscription on Patreon, to support someone.

On that time, I chose one of my credit cards to pay it. Now I wanna change the monthly charge to another credit card, but can't find how.

I can't remove my Paypal payment method there, because it would remove my subscription.
