Hi,
A customer of mine paid for a service, and their echeck payment declined...
It says it will attempt to bill them again in 3 days, is there a way to cancel the echeck payment, so the customer can pay via a different method?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
