How to cancel a recurring payment that does not appear on my Account

Hello, I have a recurring payment that I set up while signed out. I've been trying to cancel this for the past 2 months by contacting the merchant listed in the contact information to cancel the payment, but the merchant has yet to respond for these two months and I've emailed them multiple times. How do I cancel this recurring payment and get a refund?

Contact the funding source ie card issuer your payment is being debited from?
