Kindly assist on how I can cancel a Pending Payment awaiting authorization, the Seller has canceled transaction from their end already, but PayPal is yet to either credit their account to enable me request for a refund, or send refund directly back to my account. Anyone with useful procedures, please assist.
Pending authorizations expire on their own and disappear from your account activity if the payment/order is canceled, failed, not captured or processed by the merchant, usually about a week, up to 30 days and funds are released back to the card.
