I would like to accept a payment that shows on my PayPal page as "pending" so that I can transfer it over to my bank account immediately after. How do I do that?

I've never had to do it before but a survey company has paid me my rewards and told me I have to accept within 30 days or they will take their money back but I can't see where to accept. I clicked on some other part then went back to their original payment to find the refund the money button has disappeared so have I refunded it or accepted it? Help please
