Hi!
I bought an item on Ebay from US-seller on Sunday 23th of February from Norway.
The price of the item was $ 50 and shipping was $ 15,75. But during the paying process the total order price was $88 including import charge of $20,20.
I tried to cancel the order and got my cancellation confirmed through PitneyBowes with a refund of $36,50.
This order was made on a sunday and no bank-account has been charged yet.
So my question is: Will I be charged for the total ammount of $88 and get only $36,50 for my cansellation? This sounds like pretty unfair deal.
So I contacted the seller through Ebay own "email-question system" and asked the seller to undo my cansellation and let the trade go on as first intended. Is this possible for the seller to work out?
Does anybody has any experiance how to solve this tricky situation?
regards,
EnoWulf
