How to Send money to a Family Friend Internationally Via Papal

Hello All, kindly help me out on how to send money to a family friend via Paypal. I have sent the money to them and it was treated like a Purchase of Product. On top of my Paypal Account, I can only see "Send Payment" , it does't give me the option to send to Family or Friend. Thank you.

Sadly you don't have the friends/family option in your country, have you considered xoom if appropriate for you?
