How to Refund After 180 Days?

Is there some way I can refund someone after 180 days? It's not a dispute, and I know it's after the limit. Will it hit the recipient with fees? Hopefully this message will go through, as I keep getting error messages. Thank you.

Send a separate payment and add a note that its "a refund for..."

You can send a friends and family payment with your PayPal balance or bank account so there are no fees for the recipient or you. However fees are applicable to send friends and family payments with any funding source if the money is going to a non-US PayPal account.

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

Thanks. I saw an option called 'someone you trust' or something similar. Is that equivalent to the 'Friends and Family' option?
