I have a question on 11/30 I purchased something . There was a pre-authorization, but retailer canceled purchase as one item was unavailable. The funds have been added to my balance owed, Then I purchased some other items that were available , making a second purchase. There is a pre-authorization for this as well, and an actual charge. So 2 pre-authorizations, and an actual charge that went through. What do I do?
When you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual), then it is often pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.
If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment.
