Hello,
I am planning to issue a refund as the description of what I was selling was incorrect (although I didn't realise this at the time). The buyer is taking their time in returning the item, which is a little frustrating. Is there anywhere that states how long they have to return the item for a refund? I can't find anything.
Thank you
SEB

A buyer has up to 180 days to open a dispute HOWEVER if the dispute has already been opened and escalated to a claim and paypal have told them to return the item then yes they only have a few days to provide tracking to show the item is on its way.
However if no dispute is involved just wait for it to come back OR the buyer open a dispute and they will still have to return it first.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
