How long does it take to get the money sent to you

One of my family members sent me money and i don't see a email or anything saying it and i didn't get it. How long should it take? Im kinda scared

At the most a couple of hours so if its a no show then..............

1. Double check the email address they sent the funds to and make sure there wasn't a mistake.

2. Ask what it says next to the transaction in THEIR account ie sent / completed OR unclaimed and if so with or without a cancel option.

3. Was the funds sent in your currency or another one?
