Hi there. I have been emailing back and forth between a Chinese based clothing company that has stolen from me and they have finally agreed to refund me what is owed. They claimed to have sent the amount due to my PayPal and that it would take 5-10 days to reach me. A week later, nothing. They claimed there was a problem with my account, which there isn't. So they again claimed to have sent another refund. I currently don't see anything again. Is it true it could take 5-10 days for me to see it, or are they lying to me once again?
