Paypal payments are credited in advance to the seller by paypal and paypal wait for your funds to transfer from your funding source.
HOWEVER if you are funding it from a bank account and do NOT have a back up card linked to your paypal account as well then it would be you and the seller that took the wait for the echeque ie electronic transfer to clear and would show on both your accounts with a clearance date.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
