How do you get a real answer and not a auto-reply to your messages via the Contact Us page...

I have sent 5 emails via their contact us page, and each time they do NOT read the message an Autobot does, and then when you try to reply it always says there is an error can process reply.
The issue is, I had some payments coming ( monies to me ) and my balance says ZERO.
I need just need some help.
