I am hitting my head against a brick wall. A company who owes me funds says it has paid via paypal. Ebay who the transaction was placed with have also said they have refunded me and yet nothing is showing up in my account.
I have tried several fields to contact paypal, but all I get is automated replies even with the so called free phone line.
I have been given codes from both these companies stipulating the funds have gone in and yet nothing.
Once marked as completed it will automatically go back to your bank account or card. Paypal say allow 30 days but I have never waited longer than a week for mine, however that varies country to country.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
