How do i make online payments with my paypal balance?
I dont have a credit card that can be added to paypal. I want to make a payment for something online using the balance on my account, but when I try and do so it asks me to add a card. I changed my default to paypal balance and I have tried going to wallet and link a bank but my bank uses only 8 digits and the system doesnt recognize it. Is there any way around this?
