How do I use money in my paypal?

A friend of mine sent me money on my Paypal for my birthday and I would like to use it but how exactly?

Firstly read this new policy as it may affect the funds in your balance.

Secondly you can set your funding sources with a U.S paypal account.

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > second down click on update next to your prefered way to pay and put a dot in one of the options listed.
