How do I return a refund?

I buy an item and pay for it from my PayPal account.

Item doesn't arrive, so buyer returns purchase price via PayPal.

The item arrives, but I can't find his email address to return the refund, nor any means to reverse the refund.

How do I reverse the refund, or find out his PayPal account name (email) so I can send him back the money?

Click on the transaction in your paypal account and the refund option is at the bottom of that details page.

Also can you work out what 'buyer' and 'seller' means as your post is very confusing.

You say 'you' bought an  item but the 'buyer' sent it back !!!!!

If you want to pay for an item that end up arriving, search for the original payment and look up the email address/amount paid and click "Send Money" to repay for the item.
