Hello,
I sold something on eBay, the buyer paid me via PayPal and I mailed mailed her the product a few days later. Immediately she let me know I forgot to include the power cord. So I sent that two days later.
I'd like to credit her shipping since I didn't mail everything to her the first time. How do I do this? Through eBay or PayPal? I've been looking on both sites for an answer but can't find one.
Thank you!

Hi CaliFamily!
You should be able to issue a full or partial refund within 180 days of the transaction. There is some information on the Help Centre that may be useful:

Hope this helps!
