How do I make my PayPal account accept payments

Below is the message I got from a website I'm expecting payment from. " It looks like your Paypal account cannot receive money. We have tried 3 times to send funds to your Paypal account but all attempts are failed. Please try to make payout using the "Payout Method" like Perfect Money, Bitcoin or Litecoin." Please how do I make my PayPal account receive payments? Thanks.

Paypal is 'country specific' so advice often depends on what country you are in. As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment.

Yeah I know where Nigeria is, its a pretty big country. 

Sadly the option to 'receive' paypal payments is not available in your country.
You can only 'send' payments for purchases.

Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.
