Hi all, I have had issues getting my money back for some bi fold doors I ordered in November. After months of emails and calls etc and the threat of legal action the guy has finally agreed to refund 75% of the cost to me today and 25% in a few days time. I know it will take time for the money to appear back on my credit card but could anyone please tell me how I will know when he has clicked the button to make the refund. I only ask as I think he is bluffing and has no intention of refunding the money!?
