I sold something to a buyer but payment was pending for over 30 days because I forgot to link my bank account to my PayPal. The payment is now cancelled because it has been over 30 days. Is there a way to get my money back?
If you haven't shipped, contact buyer with an explanation and see if they are still interested in buying and if so, re-invoice.. Once a unclaimed payment goes back to sender, it can't be reversed.
